Our Story
First American Supply Co. grew from the experience Heather, Andrew, and Janet gained after purchasing TIMSCO International in 2017. Working together in sourcing, operations, technology, ecommerce, and customer service led to a shared vision: create a consumer-focused company offering thoughtfully selected products backed by personal, dependable service.
Their family ties to North Texas date back to the 1970s. Raised in families connected to construction, engineering, healthcare, education, and small business, they developed an early appreciation for hard work, reliability, service, and doing business the right way. Today, all three owners live in McKinney and remain invested in the community where they live and work.
Heather, a graduate of Texas Woman’s University, began her career in education and later gained experience in family-operated ecommerce. She brings a strong visual and creative perspective to First American Supply Co., helping shape the company’s brand, product presentation, and customer experience. She is also active in the local art, pottery, and ceramics community.
Andrew, a graduate of the University of North Texas, brings experience spanning restaurants, construction, business technology, and operations. His background in systems and problem-solving helps guide product sourcing, technology, operational development, and long-term strategy.
Janet, a graduate of Dallas Baptist University, brings decades of organizational and customer-focused experience, including administrative roles in medical practices and church operations. Her attention to detail, commitment to service, and long-standing community involvement help ensure that products are thoughtfully presented and customers are treated with care.
